Perfect getaway close to the beach!
Just spent 3 nights in a lovely double room. The vibe is super cozy, and the food at the restaurant is amazing—seriously, try the roast! Staff were super friendly, but the parking is a bit tight. it’s got that personal touch, and you can tell they really care about the place.

The staff here are true legends! 😊 They went above and beyond, even lending me a phone charger. The only downside was the unisex toilets, but everything else was top-notch.

Solo traveler looking for a cozy spot
An immaculate country pub done to the highest standard, the staff were legends, one even lent me a phone charger when I needed it. I mean, who does that? The place radiated love and care, and it was only 400 meters from a beautiful pebble beach.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, especially during the goodwood revival, but the experience was still worth it.

Just a great fit for an overnight stop in Climping with great value. The only mirror in the bathroom made getting ready a bit tricky for both of us. If you're staying for a night, remember to bring a portable mirror.

Decent Sleep, But Not for Families
Our stay was marked by a strong air freshener smell and considerable noise from the pub. dining options were satisfactory, and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast. For families, I recommend checking for quiet nights, as the atmosphere can be overwhelming for young kids.

really lovely refurbished pub in a quiet spot. the restaurant and bar area has a contemporary but cozy vibe which i loved. the wine selection was nice, and the food was tasty too. staff were super friendly and the room was nice with our own balcony facing fields, just listened to birds chirping. even thought about bringing our dog, and they had a bowl and bags ready for us, which was a nice touch. would definitely go again!
only issues were no usb plugs near the bed and the toilets are unisex, but not a big deal.
